A PAPER TRANSPORTATION REQUEST FORM IS REQUIRED FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR. There is NO ON-LINE Transportation Registration available this year.

The DEADLINE to submit a Transportation Request Form is August 22nd. Forms submitted after 8/22/2024 may not be processed in time for your student to ride the bus the first week of school.
Want to register for the Bus NOW? Stop by the Transportation Department @ 2420 Kingwood Street Monday-Thursday, 8am-noon, to fill out a form. Or, email your request form to lmiller@siuslaw.k12.or.us
EARLY BIRD Transportation Registration Opportunity: For all students and all grade levels.
When: August 15th & 16th, 9am-3pm. Where: ON-SITE at the Elementary School.
