Siuslaw Softball Facility Bidding & Construction Information
The Siuslaw School District is accepting bids for the construction of a building near the area of the softball softball fields to serve as bathrooms, concessions and a team facility.

A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through has been scheduled for Thursday, February, 20, 2025, at 1:00pm local time. The location of the conference will be at Siuslaw High School, 2975 Oak Street, Florence, Oregon.
Sealed bids will be received by Andy Grzeskowiak, Superintendent, for the Siuslaw High School Softball Facility project on Thursday, March 6, 2025 until the Deadline for Bid Submission at 2:00pm PST, at the Suislaw School District 97J Office, 2111 Oak Street, Florence, Oregon 97439. The Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the deadline for submission of bids. Late Bids will not be considered.
FINANCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The district's fiscal operations of accounting, budget, and audit.
Analyzing and supporting schools, departments, district administration, and the School Board in financial matters.
Directing the activities of Food Services, Maintenance, Technology, and Transportation.
