SIUSLAW SCHOOL BOARD BOND ADVISORY COMMITTEE:

The Siuslaw School Board of Directors formed a Bond Advisory Committee with the following mission:

"A school board advisory committee with more community members than staff is formed as an ongoing effort to increase communication with the public and to provide for citizen involvement. The appointed advisory committee considers matters of district wide importance. A written charge by the board is;

• Engagement and conduct outreach with the public.

• Inform the public of the most current district information on facilities.

• Report back to the board with public feedback.

The committee is asked to serve until a final report and/or bond resolution has been filed with Lane County."

Board/District Members: Suzanne Mann-Heintz, John Barnett, Andrew Grzeskowiak, Kari Blake, Reed Lewis

Kim Erickson, committee co-chair presented an update to the board at the board's September 12, 2018 meeting.  Since the committee met the charge of the board, the committee was suspended until after the November election.
