Nearly every place in Oregon that provides care for a child outside the home requires immunizations or an exemption to stay enrolled.

Students going into the 7th grade for the 2023-24 school year will need a Tdap booster shot before the exclusion date, typically the second or third Wednesday in February. Appointments may be scheduled with the Florence Peace Health Lab at 541-997-7134. Shots will not be administered at our local walk-in clinic. Please schedule an appointment with the lab as soon as possible as schedules will fill up as we get closer to January/February. Students must have updated immunizations and/or exemptions turned in before the exclusion date in order to continue attending school.
